CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Located just steps away from all the fun Cali has to offer, Cali River Suites by Yellowkey Capital offers its guests modern and fully furnished studios and two-bedroom apartments.
The property was designed with the highest standards of cleanliness and safety and is ideal for both business and leisure travelers who want a more comfortable, relaxing and personalized hospitality experience compared to a traditional hotel.
All units were designed with comfort and style in mind, and include hot water, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and smart TVs.
Each studio has one queen bed and a maximum capacity of two people, and the two-bedroom apartments have two queen beds and a maximum capacity of four people.
Both types of units have open kitchens and a laptop-friendly workspace.
Cali River Suites is located in the Centenario neighborhood, one of the premium hotel districts of Cali. Guests will be within walking distance of the best restaurants, bars, bakeries, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport, the Centenario shopping center, etc.
Access to transportation is easy, and options include metered yellow cabs (you won't have to worry about being overcharged), platforms like WayCali, DIDI, and buses.
Daily cleaning and laundry services are NOT included, however, they can be hired for an additional value at least one day in advance.
The establishment does not have parking. Public street parking is available, however we recommend using the secure parking lot located a block and a half away.
Our commitment is based on taking care of you through rigorous cleaning and disinfection procedures specially designed for each of our properties.
You can be assured that we have maintained strict standards to provide you with a comfortable and hygienic space, prioritizing quality and biosecurity.
VAT (Exemption from tourist tax):
Colombian citizens and local residents must pay a VAT rate of 19% (value added tax / VAT). Tax is not included in our displayed rates and will be charged on or before arrival. Foreigners are exempt from this tax and eligible tourists can simply present a passport with an entry stamp dated within the last 180 days to avoid the fee.
Our usual check-in hours are between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. We will be happy to facilitate a Check-in before 4:00 p.m. as long as our calendar allows it. After 8:00 pm to 7:00 am, there is a late check-in fee of USD 10 or COP 40,000 to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
